Research only works when players are treated well. Every quest on Fieldpay has to follow these.
A minimum rate, enforced
Quests that run long against their estimate get flagged, and researchers top up the difference. You can see each quest's real median completion time.
Approval within a week
If a researcher doesn't review your submission within seven days, it is approved automatically and you're paid.
Start with an email and a wallet
Identity checks apply only above regional withdrawal limits, where the law requires them. Your wallet address is never shown to researchers.
Researchers never see who you are
Each quest sees only a random player ID and the screening answers it asked for. You can delete your data at any time.

Common questions
Do I need a crypto wallet to join?
You can sign up and take quests with just an email. You'll need a wallet address when you withdraw. Any self-custody wallet or exchange deposit address on a supported network works.
Why is loot priced in dollars?
So you always know what a quest is worth before you start. The dollar amount converts to your chosen coin at the moment of withdrawal, so BTC, ETH and SOL payouts can be worth more or less afterwards.
Is there a minimum withdrawal?
On Lightning and Solana there is no practical minimum because fees are tiny and we cover them. On Ethereum mainnet the minimum is higher to cover gas.
What if my submission is rejected?
Researchers must give a reason, and you can appeal from your dashboard. Rejections for failed attention checks follow published rules, so you'll know what's expected before you start.
Do I owe tax on what I earn?
In many countries, study rewards and crypto received as payment count as income. Fieldpay gives you a yearly statement of everything paid out; check local rules or ask a tax adviser.
